Marianne Zembryski is an experienced family law attorney offering a full range of matrimonial services to her clients. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, a designation given to only a small percentage of family law attorneys in the entire State of New Jersey.

In her 30 years of practice, Marianne has remained committed to individualized and personalized service. She works one-on-one with each of her clients to address their specific needs. She is a problem solver who keeps her eye on effectively and efficiently resolving issues and achieving her client’s objectives.

Marianne believes in reducing conflict and focusing on resolution. However, if the circumstances dictate, Marianne will not hesitate to bring disputes before a court and zealously advocate for her clients.

Marianne is an Approved Mediator (R.1:40), taking on both court-appointed and private mediations. She also has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem and chosen as an Arbitrator. In addition, Marianne is an Approved Parenting Coordinator (R. 5:8D), a neutral person appointed by the court to facilitate the timely resolution of day-to-day parenting issues, both big and small, that arise within the context of family life when the parties cannot resolve issues on their own.

As part of her dedication to a full-service practice, Marianne also helps her clients with other legal issues related to divorce and family law – including real estate and estate planning – as needed.
