Craig R. Maschal, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with more than 35 years of litigation experience.

Craig is a graduate of Fairfield University and New York Law School. During his years at New York Law School, Craig interned in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. After graduating law school, Craig clerked in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.

After finishing his Appellate Division clerkship, Craig began his career in private practice as an associate with a large New Jersey law firm, Shanley & Fisher, P.C. (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP), in the litigation department. Craig then joined Leonard & Leonard, PA., a high-volume litigation firm concentrating in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.

Craig opened his own law firm in 1995 and continued to focus on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. For over 30 years, Craig’s law firm successfully served clients throughout the State of New Jersey obtaining them monetary compensation for their accident-related injuries.

In 2022, Craig brought his skills and experience to Marianne Zembryski, LLC where he continues to use his decades of litigation experience to assist clients of the firm towards the positive outcomes of their matters. Craig also serves as Managing Member of the firm.
