Whether I am representing a buyer or seller in a residential, investment or commercial transaction, I work closing with every real estate client from contract review to closing to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Among the services I provide when representing clients in real estate transactions are preparing and reviewing contracts of sale, finalizing attorney review, negotiation of issue that arise during inspections, securing title work and surveys, preparation of title transfer documents and review of closing statements.

I can assist you in other areas of real estate as well, such as, if you are refinancing. I can review the documents provided to you by your lender to ensure that your interests are protected in a refinance. I can assist you in adding or removing a spouse from the title to your property and when disputes arise in connection with the sale or purchase of real estate.
